Why is San Miguel Fair held in Seville?

The history of San Miguel Fair in Seville dates back to 1875, when an agricultural and commercial fair dedicated to San Miguel began, which takes place on September 29. Like all major events, the fair was accompanied by bullfights and, although the trade fair ceased in 1970, bullfights last. The steer-bullfight is made up of winners of the year and announced in early September; and the bullfights are two luxury posters full of figures and equally successful of the first promotion ladder.
