Nuestra Señora de la Salud Fair 2025 – Three Afternoons to Stir the Blood
The city braces itself for three unmissable days of bullfighting glory with a season ticket crafted for true aficionados, as the Feria Taurina Nuestra Señora de la Salud 2025 bursts into life from 23rd to 25th May. The festivities begin on Friday the 23rd with a mixed novillada with picadors, where promising talents Fuentes Bocanegra, Javier Zulueta, and Manuel Quintana will lock horns with young bulls from El Cotillo, Collado Ruiz, and Enrique Ponce — a true breeding ground of future greatness. On Saturday the 24th, the stakes rise with six bulls from El Pilar, set to be fought by three top-tier matadors: Miguel Ángel Perera, Emilio de Justo, and Borja Jiménez, in a line-up that guarantees brilliance. The feria reaches its climax on Sunday the 25th, with bulls from Domingo Hernández for the exquisite Juan Ortega, the force of nature Roca Rey, and the eagerly awaited alternative of Román, who steps into the major leagues ready to make his mark.
