Feria de Fallas 2025: A Spectacular Bullfighting Festival in Valencia

The Plaza de Toros de Valencia is set to host the Feria de Fallas 2025, one of Spain’s most important bullfighting events. From 8th to 19th March, fans will enjoy a thrilling lineup featuring six bullfights, one rejoneo (horseback bullfight), and three novilladas with picadores (bullfights with young bulls and mounted lancers), as well as a traditional novillada without picadores (for young matadors in training). This festival brings together the best bullfighters of today alongside promising new talent.

Feria de Fallas 2025 – Full Schedule

• Saturday, 8th March – 5:00 PM | Novillada with picadores. Young bulls from Talavante for Aarón Palacio, Marco Pérez, and J. Alberto Torrijos.

• Sunday, 9th March – 5:00 PM | Novillada without picadores. Young bulls from José González for Marco Polope, Nicolás Cortijo, Daniel Fuentes, El Mosti, Clovis, and Ignacio Garibay.

• Thursday, 13th March – 5:00 PM | Novillada with picadores. Young bulls from Fuente Ymbro for El Mene, Javier Zulueta, and Simón Andreu.

• Friday, 14th March – 5:00 PM | Bullfight. Bulls from El Parralejo for Miguel Ángel Perera, Paco Ureña, and Fernando Adrián.

• Saturday, 15th March – 5:00 PM | Bullfight. Bulls from Victoriano del Río / Toros de Cortés for Alejandro Talavante, Andrés Roca Rey, and Alejandro Chicharro, who will take his alternative (official promotion to full matador).

• Sunday, 16th March – 12:00 PM | Morning rejoneo bullfight (bullfighting on horseback). Bulls from Fermín Bohórquez for rejoneadores Rui Fernandes, Diego Ventura, and Lea Vicens.

• Sunday, 16th March – 5:00 PM | Bullfight. Bulls from Jandilla / Vegahermosa for José María Manzanares, Roca Rey, and Tomás Rufo.

• Monday, 17th March – 5:00 PM | Bullfight. Bulls from Juan Pedro Domecq for Sébastien Castella, Daniel Luque, and Emilio de Justo.

• Tuesday, 18th March – 5:00 PM | Bullfight. Bulls from Puerto de San Lorenzo / La Ventana del Puerto for José María Manzanares, Alejandro Talavante, and Juan Ortega.

• Wednesday, 19th March – 5:00 PM | Bullfight. Bulls from La Quinta in a mano a mano (head-to-head contest) between Román and Borja Jiménez.

Saturday, 10th May – 6:30 PM | Novillada with picadores. Young bulls from Casa de los Toreros for Borja Escudero, Alberto Donaire, and Nacho Torrejón.

How much do you know about Las Fallas in Valencia?

Fallas are the main festivals of Valencia. They held every year in the month of March finishing the day March 19, the day of San José. These parties are among the most important in Spain, and in those days many people come to celebrate. The most important acts of the parties are:

• La Plantá: is to expose all the monuments called faults, through the streets of Valencia.
