History: Mr. Eduardo Ibarra acquired in 1884 half of the livestock of Dolores Monje, widow of Murube. In 1904, after successive partial sales, it was acquired by Mr. Fernando Parladé. In 1914, Mr. Parladé, after selling part of the livestock in several lots, sold it to Mr. Luis Gamero Cívico, who advertised on behalf of "Torre Abad", and he sold it in 1941 to Juan Guardiola Fantoni. Upon the death of Don Juan, in 1947, it was announced in the name of his heirs.
