Debut without picadors: took place on May 12, 2023 in the town of Villamanta, Madrid. On that special afternoon, the young novillero faced bulls from the Garcíavaquero ranch and achieved a memorable performance. He stood out cutting two ears to his first steer, which earned him the exit to shoulders.

His first Puerta Grande came in the bullring of Miraflores de la Sierra, after successfully fighting a batch of bulls from El Tajo. In addition, he shone in the XI edition of the Final Camino Hacia Las Ventas contest, where he showed his maturity and temperament fighting young bulls of Lorenzo Rodríguez Espioja.

Sergio Rollón's career without horses is a reflection of effort and triumphs. He has been the winner of the Navarredondilla bullfighting contest twice (2022 and 2024) and winner of the prestigious Silver Vine in 2024. His last season closed with impressive numbers: 48 ears cut in 25 novilladas, a milestone that demonstrates his regularity and ambition.
