Javier Cuartero qualified in the II Certamen Taurino "Cuenca Torea" that took place in Santa María del Campo Rus, Cuenca and shared the bill with other bullfighters fighting bulls from Venta Nueva.

In February of this season 2024 he triumphed in a mixed novillada in Alicante cutting an ear to each of his bulls. His amazing bullfighting and his skill with the muleta impressed the public.

Javier Cuartero continues to forge his way in the world of bullfighting, and his skill and dedication promise a bright future in bullfighting.

In the same month he also took part in the 'Kilómetro 0' bullfighting competition for novilleros without picadors, organized by the Center for Bullfighting Affairs of the Community of Madrid, representing the Bullfighting School of Alicante.
