What is a competition of cortes, quiebros and jumps?

A Concurso de cortes, quiebros y saltos is a bullfighting spectacle in which participants demonstrate their skill and bravery in front of a bull, but without using the cape or sword, as in a traditional bullfight. Instead, the contestants avoid the bull's charge by cuts, jumps and jumps, showing reflexes, agility and precision.
