In 1963 it was announced in the name of his heirs being acquired that same year by Don Jose Quesada, who announced it in the name of his sons Quesada Contreras Hermanos. In 1966 it was sold to Mrs. Socorro Sánchez Dalp de González. In 1974, part of the herds were removed, acquiring a very important batch of cows and stallions from the heirs of Don Carlos Núñez.
