Three generations of bullfighting in a luxury line-up for Alcázar de San Juan

The city of Alcázar de San Juan has already announced its bullfighting lineup for the upcoming Fair and Festivals. The company, under the direction of Juan Sánchez Bravo, along with the City Council of the Manchegan city, have confirmed the bullfight that will take place in the town on September 6 at 8:00 p.m.

The lineup presents three generations of bullfighters, each with their own attractions: Juan Serrano “Finito de Córdoba”, a veteran who has offered memorable afternoons in countless arenas, will be the first to make the paseíllo; he will be followed by Daniel Luque, a bullfighter of great relevance who participates in the main Fairs and is essential to understand the current Fiesta, and finally, the young Joaquín Galdós, a promise in Peru and a name to follow in Spain and France. Bulls from the Jiennense livestock of Apolinar Soriano will be fought.

During the presentation, the Councilor for Bullfighting Affairs, Juan Benjamín Gallego, praised the career of the three matadors who will participate in the event and anticipated “a great attendance”, considering that the price of the tickets has been reduced compared to previous years, as a single price has been established without differentiating between sun and shade when the celebration begins at 8:00 p.m.

Marcelino Abenza, representing the company, highlighted his “long-term commitment” to Alcázar de San Juan. “Last year we fulfilled what we promised, and this 2024 we are presenting a lineup full of attractions for the fans of the city,” he commented. In addition, it was announced that there will be tickets with a special price for clubs and groups, whose details will be announced shortly.
